to request examination copies or get further information concerning course book sales. Examination copy requests should be made in writing on institutional letterhead and must include:
ISBN & Title of the book being requested
Course Name and Number, the start date and the enrollment
Instructor's Name and school's full shipping address (including department).
No P.O. boxes please.
Requests from universities and colleges located in the U.S. must include the school's Internal Revenue Service employer identification number.
Effective October 1, 2004 the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Customs & Border Protection require that the Internal Revenue Service employer identification number appears on the documentation accompanying shipments into the U.S. Please note that examination copies will only be sent to the institutional address and will not be sent to a home address. Incomplete information can delay requests.

Custom Publishing
Firefly offers custom publishing opportunities in support of your mission: gifting to clients, branding to the public or employee rewards perhaps. We can design a custom book cover for you (we can also use your own design provided to us) and produce your own branded printing of a title. Perhaps you simply want to purchase a larger quantity of our existing book and insert a letter or a message on your company letterhead; that’s another option. Our projects have ranged from the aforementioned custom cover to luxurious leather bound editions. We can also simply produce a label for the cover of the book incorporating your company logo and/or a message and ‘Compliments of’; in this case our warehouse will handle application of the label delivering the finished product to you. Firefly has worked with a number of partners in Canada and the U.S. to assist in building their brand identity including those in the health care field, finance sector, education, entertainment and an ever increasing number of corporate gift/conference clients. Firefly ships across Canada and to the continental U.S. If by chance your query is from outside North America, we do have distributors in various markets we can put you in contact with or can ship to your freight forwarder in the U.S.
