The days are getting warmer, brighter, and longer, and that means summer is on its way!

We’ve already fired up the barbecue and started planning our summer holidays, but what we really can’t wait for is to spend more time enjoying the great outdoors.

Since June is Great Outdoors Month, we’ve pulled together the Firefly Great Outdoors Instagram Challenge to inspire you to get outside and enjoy the wonders of nature.

The challenge is simple: we want you to post one photo each day for the whole month of June, each one inspired by the great outdoors.

We’ll be posting daily prompts on Instagram each morning, sharing inspiring places, fascinating animals, outdoor activities for kids, and more. Use the daily prompts as inspiration for your own photos and tag them with #FireflyGreatOutdoorsChallenge.

Plus for our June Book of the Month we’re giving away not one but four great books for young explorers. One lucky winner will take home a copy of Ultimate Explorer Guide for Kids, Ultimate Mapping Guide for Kids, Ultimate Survival Guide for Kids, and Wildlife Watcher Guide.
