Book of the Month: Galapagos: A Traveler’s Introduction

" Lynch’s beautiful and informative guide is a must for fans of nature photography and perfect for tourists planning to travel to the islands."
— Publishers Weekly
(Starred Review)

February 12th is International Darwin Day, and our book of the month for February is Galapagos: A Traveler’s Introduction by renowned wildlife photographer and award-winning science writer Wayne Lynch.

Galapagos: A Traveler’s Introduction is an impressive tribute to the fascinating archipelago where Darwin did much of the fieldwork that contributed to his theory of evolution by natural selection.

Part natural history text, part stunning travel guide, Galapagos: A Traveler’s Introduction features spectacular images of the distinctive landscape and wildlife unique to this UNESCO World Heritage Site and is the perfect read for some late-winter armchair travel.
