to request examination copies or get further information concerning course book sales.
Examination copy requests should be made in writing on institutional letterhead and must include:
ISBN & Title of the book being requested
Course Name and Number, the start date and the enrollment
Instructor's Name and school's full shipping address (including department).
No P.O. boxes please.
Requests from universities and colleges located in the U.S. must include the school's
Internal Revenue Service employer identification number.
Effective October 1, 2004 the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Customs & Border Protection require that this number appears on the documentation accompanying shipments into the U.S.
Please note that examination copies will only be sent to the institutional address and will not be sent to a home address. Incomplete information can delay requests.
Requests may also be made by e-mail. The e-mail address of the requestor must be an academic e-mail address. No e-mail addresses from personal or commercial accounts (AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) will be accepted. All information listed above is required in order for a request to be considered.
